Our Return & Refund Policy

We want every drape to feel perfect. Use this guide to return or exchange eligible orders quickly and clearly.

1. 01

   Eligibility for Returns

   Request a return within 7 days of delivery. The saree must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

2. 02

   Non-Returnable Items

   Customised or altered pieces, used/stained products, items without tags, and final-sale products cannot be returned.

   How to Initiate a Return

   Go to Account → Orders, select the item, and raise a return request — or email / WhatsApp us with your order number.

4. 04

   Pickup & Inspection

   We arrange pickup where available. After the item reaches us, our team inspects quality before approving a refund or exchange.

5. 05

   Refund Process

   Approved refunds are processed in 5–7 business days to the original payment method (or UPI/bank for COD orders).

6. 06

   Exchanges

   Prefer another colour or design? Request an exchange subject to stock. Price differences are settled before re-dispatch.
