How shipping works
From our loft to your doorstep

Processing Time
Orders are packed with care and usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

Shipping Within India
Standard delivery: 4–6 business days after dispatch. Express delivery: 2–3 business days in select cities.

Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free on every order. Express delivery is ₹99. Prepaid online payment gets ₹100 off. Cash on Delivery has no extra handling fee.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you receive a tracking link by SMS/email. Track anytime from your Account → Orders page.

Delays
Weather, festivals, remote pincodes, or courier disruptions may add a few days. We’ll keep you informed whenever possible.

International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International delivery will be announced when available.
